Tuesday is election day for the SC Democratic and Republican Primaries.
On the ballot are candidates for State and local offices including Governor, Secretary of State, State Treasurer, Attorney General, State Superintendent of Education, US Senate and House of Representatives, Anderson and Greenville County Councils. For the June 9 Primaries polls will open at 7 a.m. and close at 7 p.m.
Candidates include the following:
Governor – Republican: Jacqueline Hicks DuBose, Pamela Evette, Joshua Kimbrell, Nancy Mace, Ralph W Norman, Rom Reddy, Alan Wilson.
Governor – Democratic: Jermaine Johnson, Mullins McLeod, Billy Webster.
Secretary of State – Democratic: Jason Belton, Edwina Winter.
State Treasurer – Vincent Coe, Bruce K Cole (Withdrew Before Primary), Trav Robertson Jr.

Note: Polling Location Changes for this election
The Piercetown Precinct has moved its permanent location to TTI Consumer Power Tools, LLC, 1058 Martin Rd. Williamston. Simpsonville Precinct will temporarily move to Wren Fire Department 2209 SC Hwy. 86 Piedmont for the June 9th statewide primary election.
The general election will be held on November 3, 2026.
