Anderson County Sheriff’s Detectives have charged an Anderson man in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred on West Whitner Street on July 27.
Qua’Thaddeus Thompson, 21, has been charged with the murder of another Anderson man following a shooting at the Sunoco gast station on West Whitner Street, in Anderson.
According to the ACSO, the investigation reveled that Thompson and the victim knew each other prior to the incident and detectives were continueing to investigated the motive.
Thompson has been charged with murder, possession of a weapon during a violent crime and possession of a firearm by person convicted of certain crime.
