Goodwill Industries of Upstate/Midlands South Carolina (GIUMSC) is opening its newest, sharpest retail concept – Retool & Supply Hardware Store, in Pelzer on August 26.
The new concept will offer big deals for DIYers, from power drills to landscaping gear, the new specialty store is built to help home improvement enthusiasts save big!
Powered by official sponsor and community partner Ingles Markets, this first-of-its-kind specialty store is located inside the existing Pelzer Goodwill location and is fully stocked to help local DIYers, makers, and weekend warriors add high-quality tools to their thrifted gems without hammering their wallets.
While most people associate Goodwill with vintage items and exciting thrift finds, Retool & Supply flips the script by focusing entirely on donated, gently used tools, hardware, and more. The shelves are packed to the brim with everything from landscaping equipment and power tools to plumbing fixtures, hand tools, and home improvement essentials. Retool’s normal operating hours will be Tuesday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sundays from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. Retool will be closed on Mondays.
The Grand Opening of Retool & Supply Hardware Store will include a VIP reception and ribbon cutting at 8 a.m. inside the Goodwill Pelzer location at 297 Hwy. 20, Pelzer.
Doors will open to the public at 9 a.m.
