Darline Graham won the special Republican Primary Runoff Election Tuesday and will be the Republican candidate for US Senate to appear on the General Election ballot in November.
Statewide Graham was the top vote getter, however in Anderson County, her opponent Ralph Norman was the choice of local voters
Norman received 11,362 votes 57.27 percent) to Graham’s 8,479, (42.73 percent) of a total of 19,841 votes cast. There are a total of 121,720 registered voters in Anderson County, resulting in a voter turnout of 16.31 percent.
