The Anderson County Sheriff’s Office charged Kadijah Tysheea Smith, 32, in connection to an incident that occurred at Louie’s Bar and Grill on Aug. 22. Smith has been charged with Assault and Battery of a High and Aggravated Nature, Possession of a Weapon during a Violent Crime, and Possession of a Firearm or Ammunition by a Convicted Felon.
According to reports, Deputies with the Sheriff’s Office responded to the establishment in reference to a shooting. Based upon the ensuing investigation, it was determined that the incident stemmed from a verbal altercation within the restaurant and there was one victim who was shot in the leg. He was subsequently transported to AnMed in Anderson for medical treatment.
