A 64-year-old Anderson man died in a house fire Sept. 22 in the 600 block of Broadwell Mill Road.
Anderson County 911 received a call at approximately 1:15pm in reference to a structure fire with entrapment. Responders arrived on scene, and recovered one deceased male victim inside the front door of the home.
The Anderson County Office of the Coroner indetified the victim as Reuben Lee Ginn, Jr.
Preliminary investigation by Anderson County Fire Department Investigators show that the fire likely started from an electrical source.
The scene was under investigation by the Anderson County Office of the Coroner and the Anderson County Fire Department Arson Unit.
