Trinity Baptist Tabernacle was founded by Dr. J. Mike Tucker in 1977 in a store front on White Horse Road and moved to its present location at 824 Piedmont Highway in 1980.
The current sanctuary was completed in 1992.
Dr. Tucker said the church mission is “to reach the lost, revive the backslidden, and restore the brokenhearted.”
