A Powdersville firefighter hoses down smoldering debris following a fire at Absorbtech on River Road Monday evening. Firefighters responded to a fire alarm at the business and once on the scene discovered a small fire. The fire was quickly brought under control but not before the building filled with smoke. Pelzer EMS stood by until firefighters were through. This was the third similar fire at the location. (Photo by David Rogers)
