All types of Volkswagens including campers, restored, custom and rails will be back in Williamston in September – Steve White Volkswagen Camp Out and Show will be running on September 12th and 13th. On Friday September 12, camping will be allowed in the park by permit only. Last year over 30 VW Buses, Rabbits, and Bugs and many with tents camped out next to Big Creek. On Saturday, September 13, a VW only cruise-in style show will be held from 10 am until 4 pm. Last year the show offered close-up views of 115 VW’s. Local VW parts and memorabilia distributors will have select items available for purchase.
GWBA food vendors will be available for lunch. Door prizes will be held continually throughout the day for show attendees. In addition there will be a free corn hole tournament starting at 10:00am. The event is 100% free and open to the public due to the continued support of Steve White Volkswagen, Autech, and GWBA.
