Justin Jamal Warner has been extradited to Anderson County from Clayton County, Georgia. He was booked into the Anderson County Detention Center earlier this evening. Warner is charged with the murder of Mradulaben Patel in April of this year. Mrs. Patel was the operator of the BP at 2900 Highway 153 in Powdersville.
