West Pelzer firefighters use the Jaws of Life to free a driver of a near head on collision Friday night on Joe Black Road. A car and van collided sending both drivers to the hospital. The driver of the van war trapped inside for more than half an hour before he was extricated and flown by Life Flight helicopter to Greenville Memorial Medical Center.
