Anderson County Sheriff’s investigators have charged four individuals, including a 19 year old female from Williamston, in connection with an incident in which two people were killed on Pierce and Amy Road in Iva January 9. According to arrest warrants, during an attempted armed robbery, the four suspects did aid and assist in the death of Justin Ray Williams and Casey Waddell.
They have all been taken into custody and each charged with two counts of murder, attempted armed robbery and possession of a weapon during a violent crime. Facing charges in the incident are Wesley Charles Malmister, 26, 139 Green Tree Rd., Anderson; Tabitha Suzanne Roberts, 19, of Williamston; Brandon Scott Davis, 26, 403 Broookhaven Dr., Anderson; and Randall Matthew Simpson, 32, 23 Q. St., Anderson.
All four are currently incarcerated at the Anderson County Detention Center. Bond hearings will be held in General Sessions Court.
An additional warrant for Grand Larceny has been served on Malmister. He is accused of taking a 1995 Ford van from a residence on Plainview Road in Anderson on January 23.
