Representative West Cox, the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office, and the Anderson County Office of Veteran’s Affairs are hosting a free legal clinic for veterans and their spouses. The clinic will be held in conjunction with the Anderson County Veterans Fair on September 17, 2019. The free legal clinic will be from 10:00AM until 2:00PM at the Civic Center of Anderson located at 3027 MLK Jr. Dr., Anderson, SC 29625. This clinic is part of the VALOR program hosted and organized by the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office. The services provided at the clinic will be the preparation of a basic last will and testament, a living will and powers of attorney. The SC VALOR program collaborates with the local Bar association and members of the community to host and coordinate these clinics to provide free legal services to qualified veterans, active duty members, and their spouses.
