On Monday (Dec. 7) DHEC) reported 2,413 new cases and 25new probable cases of coronavirus. DHEC also reported 12 deaths and 1 probable death related to COVID.
Anderson County reported 105 new cases and 2 deaths.
Greenville County reported 367 new cases and no deaths related to COVID.
This bring the total number of deaths related to COVID to 4,249 and probable deaths to 330.
There were 12,452 new individual test results reported statewide (not including antibody tests)
with 19.4% positive.
On Monday there were 1,025 COVID patients in hospitals with 243 in ICU and 108 ventilated.
On Sunday (Dec. 6) DHEC reported 2,538 new cases and 51 probable cases of COVID-19.
DHEC also reported 43 new deaths and 6 probable deaths related to COVID.
Anderson County reported 112 new confirmed cases and 3 deaths related to COVID.
Greenville County reported 370 new cases, 1 probable cases and 3 deaths related to COVID.
There were 11,980 new individual test results reported statewide (not including antibody tests)
with a positivity rate of 21.2%.
