Piedmont firefighters survey the scene of a single vehicle wreck early Saturday morning. A vehicle was traveling south on Piedmont Highway near Golden Grove when it ran off the road and struck a culvert. The vehicle ended up in the yard of a home. Piedmont Fire Department and Greenville county EMS responded.
