Boo in the Park will be held on Sat. October 21, beginning at 5 pm. Anyone wishing to participate in handing out candy needs to complete an application and return by email or drop off at town hall. Applications are available at Town Hall or email:
dchapman@williamstonsc.us.
Participants will need to bring a table to decorate and chairs for sitting (for you/your help). The lines usually take a while to disperse. You/your staff may dress up in your best costumes and there will be a kid’s costume contest.
Due to high demand for table space, tents will not be allowed. If you would like to provide candy or a donation for candy, you may send, drop off, or organizers can pick up from your business.
“Thousands of kids and their families show up each year for this event and we don’t want to run out before everyone is served,” a spokesperson said.
