A state trooper surveys the scene of a wreck Saturday afternoon on Violet Court. A vehicle struck a utility pole with a transformer on it, and breaking it before it fell to the ground. The driver was transported to the hospital by Medshore ambulance service. A QRV also responded along with Cheddar firefighters.
