Williamston Police Officers investigated theft from a residence, disorderly conduct and shoplifting of a can of beer. Among incidents investigated were the following:
Dec. 10 – Alvaro Antonia-Mejia Aparicio, 28, 131 Hillcrest Dr,. Williamston was arrested for operating an uninsured vehicle and no SC drivers license after a blue Ford Windstar was observed with a child not buckled in a seatbelt. Cpl. L. E. Mulz, Lt. T. A. Striss investigated.
Dec. 10 – Mabel Arnold Slade, 57, 325 E. Carolina St., #221 reported an HP 311 mini laptop valued at $200 and jewelry valued at $365 stolen from the residence. Cpl. L. E. Mulz, Lt. T. A. Striss investigated.
Dec. 10 – Johnathan Ryan Kelly, 27, 216 Williamston Court was arrested for shoplifting and disorderly conduct after officers responded to Fast Fuel, 207 W. Main St., Williamston. A clerk reported that Kelly removed a 24 oz. can of Icehouse beer valued at $1.46 and left the store without paying for it. Sgt. K. J. Winn, J. Rogers investigated.
Dec. 10 – Sara Nicole Cottrell, 32, 3101 Camden Dr., Anderson reported a 45 day license plate stolen from her vehicle.
Dec. 11 – David Humberto Morales, 49, 3740 HI Taylor Rd., Williamston was arrested for no SC drivers license, operating an uninsured vehicle and no tag after a blue moped was observed on Greenville Drive with a flat tire. WPD had seven active arrests warrants for him. J. Eppes investigated.
Dec. 11 – Brent Christopher Bruce, 23, 4 B Woodbridge Rd., Anderson was arrested for public disorderly conduct when he became loud and caused a disturbance while in the courtroom. Sgt. K. J. Winn investigated.
Dec. 13 – Tonya Rene Darby, 40, 124 Holland Ford Rd. Pelzer was arrested for driving an uninsured vehicle, defective equipment and expired license plate after a silver Jeep was seen on Main St., without brake lights. M. E. Simmons investigated.
Dec. 14 – Cristin Lee Stapp, 44, 26 Second End Ct., Pelzer was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and no proof of insurance after a beige Toyota Corolla was observed at a stop sign on E. Carolina St. and Greenville Dr. and then on Greenville Dr., with a right tail light out. J. Rogers investigated.
Dec. 14 – Heather Christine Davis, 26, 16 Spring St., Williamston reported a blue moped valued at $250 taken from a shed. Cpl. L. E. Muilz, J. Eppes investigated.
Dec. 15 – Hector Adan Turcio, 40, Lot 4 Joe Black Rd., Williamston was arrested for no SC drivers license, operating an uninsured vehicle and suspended tag after a white Toyota was observed on Anderson Dr., with a suspended tag. J. Eppes investigated.
Dec. 16 – Travis Dwayne Shaw, 20, 100 Williamston Ct. #113 was arrested for public disorderly conduct and minor in possession of alcohol after officers were called to Parkview Apts. in reference to a disturbance. J. Rogers investigated.
