During their meeting Tuesday, Anderson County Council recognized Rachel Wyatt with a resolution recognizing her success in being chosen as Miss South Carolina and as First Runner Up in the Miss America pageant recently. Wyatt, of Piedmont, graduated from Wren High School and currently attends Clemson University.
