Greenville County Sheriff’s Office Investigators are investigating a shooting incident that happened early Wednesday morning at 100 Top Ln., Piedmont.
GCSO dispatch received a 911 call just before 3 a.m., regarding a person who was shot. When deputies arrived on scene they located a male suffering from at least one, life-threatening gunshot wound. The victim was transported to the hospital. There is no suspect information at this time. The motive and what led up to the shooting is under investigation.
