The Williamston Christmas parade will be held on Saturday, Dec. 14 at 3 p.m. The theme this year will be “Keep Christ in Christmas.” There is no fee to enter the parade. Parade Chairman Walter Smith Sr. said, “Just bring plenty of candy to throw out along the way of the parade for enjoyment.”
The Williamston Christmas parade is expected to include several high school bands, area dance groups, clowns, churches, commercial floats, 4-wheelers, go-carts, police, fire and EMS vehicles and many others participating, Smith said.
Registration will begin soon at the Williamston Town Hall.
