Williamston firefighters work to extinguish a house fire on East First Street Friday morning. Flames were coming from the front and rear of the home when firefighters arrived. It took firefighters less than ten minutes to knock the flames down. West Pelzer and Cheddar firefighters assisted. Medshore Ambulance Service personnel stood by as a precaution.
