On Sunday (Nov. 1) the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) reported 1,319 new confirmed cases and 17 new probable cases of the novel coronavirus COVID-19. DHEC also reported 1 additional confirmed death and no new probable deaths.

Anderson County reported 97 new cases. Greenville County reported 187 new cases. The only death in the state related to COVID was in Richland County.

This brings the total number of confirmed deaths to 3,687, and 249 probable deaths.
The total number of individual test results reported to DHEC Saturday statewide was 10,827 and the percent positive was 12.2%.

 

On Saturday (Oct. 31) DHEC reported 831 new confirmed cases and 52 new probable cases of the COVID-19. DHEC also reported 36 additional confirmed deaths and 5 new probable deaths.

Anderson County reported 44 new cases and three deaths related to COVID.
Greenville County reported 123 new cases, one probable case and four deaths related to COVID.

This brings the total number of confirmed deaths to 3,686, and 249 probable deaths.

The total number of individual test results reported to DHEC yesterday Friday was 6,097 and the percent positive was 13.6%.
