Pelzer Zoning Appeal Board to meet Aug. 15
The Pelzer Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing at 6 pm on Tuesday, August 15, at Pelzer Gym Lobby, 112 Lebby Street hear information on allowing an appeal by Celina Weems for a special exception to allow property at 204 Lebby Street to be used for Bed & Breakfast/host home/private events.
Documents relating to the appeals are available for public inspection in the office of the zoning administrator at 103 Courtney Street, Pelzer.
