The Town of Williamston and the Envision Williamston Program invite all area residents and businesses to participate in the Fall Scarecrow Decorating Contest. Scarecrows will be on display throughout the town during October 9 through November 3.
Display setup time period begins Sept. 15 through October 6. Online judging will be held October 9-27. Awards will be given for a number of categories.

The official display period is through November 3. Registration deadline is Oct 6, to be eligible for judging.
Displays may be set up following registration and design approval. There is no entry fee. Displays may be placed throughout the town. Some public locations will be available on a first come first served basis.
The contest is open to all ages, however each project entry must be supervised by at least one adult, 21 years of age or older. A panel of judges with expertise in planning, decorating, and/or design will judge the displays.
