One person was injured Monday morning after the van they were driving collided with a cement truck. It happened on Highway 29 near Bryon Circle. Whitefield firefighters had to cut the van driver out and he was flown to Prisma Health Greenville by LifeFlight. Medshore and a QRV also responded.
