Piedmont firefighters work to cut the driver from the wreckage of their car after a single vehicle wreck on Highway 86 Sunday afternoon. The car ran off Highway 86 near Ross Street and down a thirty foot embankment. Greenville county EMS transported the driver to Prisma Health Greenville. Greenville county deputies also responded along with troopers.
