A Whitefield firefighter sweeps debris from the roadway after a two vehicle wreck Friday afternoon. It happened at the intersection of Highway 29 and Welcome Road. This intersection has been the site of many wrecks in recent years and construction has begun on a traffic circle. Since construction began a little over a week ago there have been two wrecks there.
