A Piedmont firefighter extinguishes hot spots in a sport utility vehicle after it and a car collided. The SUV caught fire and burned. The driver of the sport utility vehicle was transported to the hospital by Greenville County EMS. A person in the car was killed. It happened on I-185 (Southern Connector) between Piedmont Highway and Augusta Road Monday afternoon.
