Cheddar and Whitefield firefighters work at the scene of a single vehicle wreck Sunday afternoon. It happened on Cheddar Road when a vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree. The vehicle narrowly missed going into a pond. Two people were transported in the hospital by Medshore ambulance service. A QRV also assisted. (Photo by David Rogers)
