West Pelzer residents who are registered to vote are reminded of the special election Tuesday, Dec. 30 to fill the town council seat vacated by Robert Alexander earlier this year. Four candidates are running for the remainder of Alexander’s unexpired seat on council. They are Donnie Jeanes, Jim Riddle, Shyanne Webb, and David Odom. The number of candidates make a runoff likely.
