Pastor Rev. Mark A. SpearmanOur church has served as a centerpiece of worship in White Plains community for 127 years. Started as a fellowship of believers gathered around a pot-bellied stove, our outreach capabilities have expanded to include our own website, social media, and digital media downloads available worldwide. We are committed to fulfilling the Great Commission of Matthew 28:19-20. Utilizing Acts 1:8 as our outline, we want to claim the area around our community as our Jerusalem, the state of South Carolina as our Judea, the United States of America as our Samaria, and the world as our uttermost parts of the earth. Our spiritual compass is the Rev. Mark Spearman, who has faithfully served our Lord and this congregation since December 2000. We have a dynamic youth program, led by Scott Sheriff, A W ANA programs training our new leaders of the church, and Godly men and women fulfilling the work of Christ, which He started in us. Our mission statement says it all: “We desire to Preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, Teach the Word of God, and Reach people of all ages.” Join us as we strive to learn more about the Lord.
