Winners of the Envision Williamston Scarecrow Decorating Contest were recently announced. EW Community Engagement and Marketing Committee member Roberta Hamby joined EW Executive Director Sonya Crandall in presenting awards to the winners during the December 3 Williamston Town Council meeting.
Winners were:
