In addition to fireworks and other activities, Williamston’s Freedom Celebration, scheduled for Saturday, June 29, will include a concert featuring national recording artists Gyth Rigdon and TracieLynn.
Nashville based, up and coming new artist, TracieLynn, who is already making great chart debuts, will be the featured performer. TracieLynn was a finalist on the NBC hit music show, “The Voice”.
Guest artist Gyth Rigdon, an excellent musician, who was also a hit on “The Voice” will also be performing.
The event will also include a cruise-in, firetruck rides, Bobbers On Big Creek, a Freedom Vendors Market, golf cart parade and other activities.
Each year the Town of Williamston hosts a July 4th celebration on the weekend before the 4th. This is the only event that the town requests monetary assistance for during the year.
“We rely on your support in making the event one of the largest and best in the area, and possibly the upstate, as we expect thousands to attend,” a spokesperson said.
The Town is seeking sponsors to help with the cost of the event.
The following sponsorships are available:
Stage Sponsor(s): $5000 (Multiple Sponsors are welcomed to collaborate and co-sponsor but there will only be one banner containing the logo of each sponsor)
Lighting Sponsor(s): $3000 or 2 co-sponsors @ $1500 each.
Entertainer Sponsor(s): $3000 or 2 co-sponsors at $1500 each (Already funded)
After Party Sponsor(s): $2500.
Top sponsors, as listed, will be invited to a meet and greet with the artist, as VIP guests before the concert and to an after-party at Raines in Williamston after the event.
Sponsors will have their business/company’s logo displayed on or near the stage, recognized in the local newspaper, and their logo will be on the roll-out video for social media, in addition to their name being announced throughout the day.
Donations are tax deductible.
“We are also planning a great fireworks extravaganza this year to top off the event and need sponsors,” a spokesperson said. “Suggested amounts are as follows, but every little bit helps and is very much appreciated.” Red: $2500; White: $1000; Blue: $500; All American: $250; Patriot: $100; Liberty: $50.
