On September 4th, 2019, as a part of the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, Detectives with the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office conducted a search warrant on Duvall Way in Anderson. The warrant was the result of an investigation begun by Agents with the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office who downloaded files containing child pornography from this location. They were being shared on a publicly available peer-to-peer network.
The case was sent to the ACSO Task Force investigator, which led to the search warrant. Upon execution of the search warrant, Daniel Troy Fulmer was arrested on four counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor in the Second Degree. The South Carolina Attorney General’s Office will prosecute this case.
