Public hearing scheduled on Greenville Drive zoning request

The Williamston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on August 25 at 6 pm, to allow opportunity for the community to comment on a rezoning application request that has been received.
The request is to rezone the parcel located at 602 Greenville Dr, TMS 2440206026, from the Office Commercial classification to the Industrial-1 classification to allow for a conditional use as a car sales lot/tow yard to be considered. Action will be taken by the Planning Commission to approve or disapprove this request.
This meeting is open to the public. Any interested party may appear and make comments for or against this request. Questions and answers will not be entertained during the hearing.
