The Hot Air Affair: Rising Above Cancer event featured 25 balloons. In spite of the weather interfering with flying, the pilots set up and did a balloon glow and did “candlesticks” – lighting the burners without the balloon envelopes. “The pilots also enjoyed interacting with the crowd,” said Cancer Association Director Angela Stringer.
