Town of Pelzer Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 pm on July 5 regarding new ordinances for On-Street Parking and Regulations for Campers, RVs and Motorhomes. Included are:
#1 – Ordinance to Adopt and Establish regulations for the Town of Pelzer for on-street Parking regulations in residential and commercial zoning districts within town limits of the Town of Pelzer.
#2 – Ordinance to Adopt and Establish rules and regulations for the Town of Pelzer for placement of Campers, RVs and Motorhomes, within the town limits of Town of Pelzer.
The Town of Pelzer Planning Commission will review and make recommendations to Council regarding the Ordinance for On-Street parking and Ordinance for rules and regulations for placement of Campers, RVs and Motorhomes within the Town of Pelzer.
The hearing will be held at the Pelzer Gym, 112 Lebby St., Pelzer.
