Michael Phillips, a Town of Williamston employee and a West Pelzer volunteer firefighter who was severely injured in a recent motorcycle accident was recently presented a check. The Williamston Fire Department along with Rainey Collision, Smoking Pig Express, Studio Main, and Trinity Baptist Church collectively raised $2500. Modern Woodmen of America matched it with $2500.
