The Town of Williamston will hold a public hearing at 6 pm Oct. 2 to allow community input regarding rezoning of a parcel of property located on College Dr. and Minor St.
The property is currently zoned Institutional. The applicant is requesting rezoning of the property to Planned Development to allow for future development of Big Creek Station in the old water treatment plant.
The meeting will be open to the public. Any interested party may appear and be heard at this meeting in person, by agent, or by attorney.
Questions and answers will not be entertained during the hearing. Testimony can be provided orally, or in writing – it’s best to provide both.
