The Board of Zoning Appeals for the Town of Williamston will meet on October 5th at 6:30 p.m. at the Williamston Municipal Center to consider a request for a variance by WJH LLC to be granted to allow a minimal reduction of the rear setback to allow construction of their smallest floor plan in a new development, Palmetto Point.
The lot, TMS 2440017001, 304 Burgess Lane, is a corner lot in a cul-de-sac with a 25 ft set back on three sides. The applicant is requesting the rear setback to be relaxed from 25 ft to 21 ft. There is no house to the rear and a retention pond is to the other side of the lot.
This meeting will be open to the public. Any interested party may appear and be heard at this meeting in person, by agent, or by attorney.
