MedTrans 1 flight crew prepares to meet an awaiting Greenville County EMS ambulance Thursday night. South Greenville firefighters set up a landing zone for the helicopter on Beech Springs Road. The patient was flown to the burn center in Augusta. A Prisma Health QRV also responded along with Greenville County deputies to the nearby scene.
