Piedmont firefighters and a state trooper work at the scene of a wreck Saturday evening. A pickup truck struck another pickup truck in the drivers side. The driver was able to self extricate from the truck. It happened at the intersection of Bessie Road and Old Pelzer Road. The roadway was partially blocked until the wreckage was cleared.
