MARGARET ROBINSON, EVELYN BERRYHILL, MAGNOLIA ELIZABETH SMITH LOCKABY

MARGARET ROBINSON

WILLIAMSTON – Margaret Lucille Edens Robinson, 83, widow of Charles Golden Robinson, passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2016.

Born in Pelzer, she was a daughter of the late Herman Eugene and Edna Lucille Smith Edens.

Survivors include sons, David Robinson of the home and Andy Robinson (Kim) of Williamston; daughter, Jeanne Robinson Hayes (John) of Simpsonville; sisters, Louise Cooley, Ruby Cabaniss, Nancy Attaway, Judy Roach, Patricia Chandler, Thelma Timms, Cathy Pilgrim, Barbara Shipman; brother, Bill Edens; grandchildren, Lauren and Alex Robinson.

She was predeceased by a brother, Harold Edens.

Visitation was from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Friday, July 1, at Gray Mortuary, Pelzer.

The funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 2, in the mortuary chapel.  Burial followed at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Anderson.

The family is at the home of Andy and Kim Robinson, 5003 Midway Rd., Williamston.

EVELYN BERRYHILL

Evelyn Marie Berryhill, 48, of Laurens, died Tuesday, June 28, 2016.

Born in Greenville, she was a daughter of Mary Sue Hudson of Greenville and the late John David Berryhill. She was formerly employed with Easley Baptist Nursing Home.

She was a member of Corinth Baptist Church.

Additional survivors include, children, D.J. Dickerson of Laurens; Jonathan Dickerson of Piercetown, Casey Dickerson of Honea Path, and Austin Reece of Anderson; siblings; David Berryhill and Mary Sue Dickerson; and three grandchildren.

A graveside service was  held Saturday, July 2, at Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery, Easley.

MAGNOLIA ELIZABETH SMITH LOCKABY

Magnolia Elizabeth Smith Lockaby, 96, of Belton, widow of Rev. Dr. George W. Lockaby, died Wednesday, June 29, 2016.

Born in Pelzer, she was a daughter of the late Gilliam and Lillian Burgess Smith.

She was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church.

She is survived by two daughters, Dorothy Simpson and JoAnn Phillips; one son, James Harold Lockaby; one grandson; and one brother, Ray Smith of Iva.

Funeral service was held Saturday at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest. Burial followed in Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Belton.
